As a Residential Property Manager at the Bokani Real Estate Group, Paul is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leasing activities, and financial performance of our residential real estate properties. Paul maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders including tenants, investors, and property owners.
Paul is a seasoned professional and truly understands how to manage Residential portfolios, cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants to address concerns, and inquiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Paul Attended Coastal Carolina University where he pursued a BA in Psychology. His favorite quote is “Failure is simply an opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.” In his free time, he enjoys taking his jack-chi, Opie on long walks, golfing, and cycling, or hitting up a comedy show with his friends.
