ALYSSA GAZDAG, GROWTH & ACQUISITION MANAGER
Alyssa serves as Growth and Acquisition Manager with her focus on business growth including developing, leading, and implementing the Bokani Group’s growth strategy to enable the company to grow, thrive, expand, and maintain a healthy financial position within the marketplace.
Alyssa is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other business development initiatives. She has many years of experience in driving business expansion and executing successful acquisition strategies. Alyssa is instrumental in online research and in-person due diligence reviews, inspections, and evaluations.
Alyssa is a strategic thinker who brings expertise in market analysis, M&A, and post-M&A implementation. Alyssa develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and industry professionals, while working to also ensure their success with the Bokani Group.
Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an Accounting degree, and a Master of Business Administration degree. In her free time, Alyssa spends time with her husband and children, camping and enjoying outdoor activities.
